In Lead Yourself, Lead Your Life, I share with you an intimate and transformative journey toward conscious self-leadership.<\/p>

This book is born from my experience as a psychologist, author and coach, and from my commitment to the emotional and spiritual well-being of the Hispanic community.<\/p>

Through these pages, I invite the reader to explore tools of positive psychology, emotional intelligence and spirituality, integrated with a cognitive-behavioral approach.<\/p>

The goal is to guide each person to lead from within, recognizing and enhancing their strengths, and bravely facing their internal challenges.<\/p>

It is a call to awaken the leader that lives in you, to live with purpose and to positively influence your environment.<\/p>
