Posteriormente, su libro Lo que se ir\u00e1\\\/The Parting Present obtuvo el Reader\u2019s Choice Award en los Ohioana Book Awards (2022). En 2023 se public\u00f3 en Espa\u00f1a y Polonia la antolog\u00eda personal Descifrar lo invisible\\\/Rozszyfrowa\u0107 niewidzialne, con traducciones al polaco de Marta Eloy Cichocka. Ese mismo a\u00f1o, la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Chiapas (M\u00e9xico) edit\u00f3 Traductor del silencio: acercamientos cr\u00edticos a la obra de Manuel Iris, un volumen colectivo con ensayos, rese\u00f1as y entrevistas de 23 autores sobre su obra. En 2025, su libro Toda la tierra es un jard\u00edn de monstruos\\\/The Whole Earth is a Garden of Monsters obtuvo el Ambroggio Poetry Prize, otorgado por la Academy of American Poets. Manuel Iris ha dado lecturas, charlas y conferencias en M\u00e9xico, Estados Unidos y Europa. Posteriormente, su libro Lo que se ir\u00e1\/The Parting Present obtuvo el Reader\u2019s Choice Award en los Ohioana Book Awards (2022).
