Juan Armando Rojas Joo is a poet, essayist, and university professor of Latin American literature at Ohio Wesleyan University. Native of Mexico residing in Delaware, Ohio, he is widely recognized for his cross-border poetry and academic research on borderland literature, desert landscapes, and migration, including his poetry book Santuarios desierto mar.
