Some time ago I embarked on a path of self-discovery that took me from fear to love.

As a Venezuelan lawyer and codependency coach, my emotional wounds prompted me to seek answers beyond legal logic.

In Self-Esteem: Inner Search I share, from my own pen, those moments when my voice trembled when I faced the mirror, wondering if I was worthy of love and forgiveness.

Through these pages, I wish to accompany you on the path of recognizing your value, because I discovered that “fear paralyzes and love mobilizes.”

Each word is born from the intensity of my battles and the hope that blossoms when we decide to break internal chains.

From fear to the first step

I vividly remember how, one dawn in Cincinnati, I felt my chest tighten as I imagined another day of doubt.

My blog “From fear to love” emerged from that unease, as a refuge where I expressed my insecurities and discovered my strength.

It was then that I understood that transforming our self-esteem is not an act of vanity, but an act of courage.

In the first chapter of my book, I tell how I learned to listen to the whisper of my emotions and respond with tenderness.

There you will find conscious breathing exercises and reflections that, although simple, can change the way you perceive yourself.

Transformative chapters

Each section of Self-Esteem: Inner Search is woven with stories: that of the young woman who refused to be silenced, that of the mother who learned to value herself beyond her roles, and mine, who learned to let go of relentless judgment.

In the chapter dedicated to acceptance, I share anecdotes from my online workshops, where I have seen Hispanic women break down invisible walls and embrace their inner light.

With practical exercises in self-affirmation and dynamics of gratitude, I guide the reader on a journey that honors vulnerability.

Each reflection is accompanied by open questions, because I believe that true change arises when we dare to question our limiting beliefs.

My experience as a co-author

Although Autoestima is my central work, I also had the honor of participating in Hispanas Influyentes volume IV alongside Yaneli Sosa, a Dominican presenter who lights up screens with her heartbreaking enthusiasm.

In that collective volume, I chronicled my transition from a doubtful lawyer to a creator of inspiring stories.

There I learned the beauty of uniting diverse Hispanic voices to raise a chorus of hope.

Each chapter of the joint book is impregnated with the strength that comes from uniting our stories; In mine, I reveal how faith and solidarity sustained me in the grayest days.

Sharing hope and faith

As I close my book, I want every reader to feel like they are not alone.

As a speaker and mentor at in-person retreats, I have witnessed eyes that light up when they discover that self-esteem is not a privilege, but a right.

My message is clear: we can heal the wounds of the past and build a present full of compassion.
