Perdóneme ¿Pero a usted qué le ha pasado?

David Loayza was born in Lima, Peru. He studied law at the National University of San Marcos, where he obtained his professional degree and immediately joined the Lima Bar Association in 1994. Since 2003, he has been residing in Columbus, Ohio, in the United States, with his entire family. In September 2021, he published "¿Dime quién te lo dijo?" (Tell Me Who Told You?), and in May 2023, he released his second work, "Perdóneme ¿Pero a usted qué le ha pasado?" (Forgive Me, But What Has Happened to You?). Both novels are available in bookstores in Lima, as well as on various digital platforms. As a recognized writer, he currently serves as the project director at the Asociación de Escritores en Ohio, with many literary projects on the horizon.
