Lorena Brown
Lorena Brown was born in Uruguay and is a journalist, editor and writer. He began his literary career in 2018 with the publication of the children's book El ñandúdifferent/The Special Ostrich, which received honorable mention at the International Latino Book Awards 2020. His children's book La garza presumida/The Pretentious Heron was awarded with an honorable mention at the Campoy-Ada Awards 2021 from the North American Academy of the Spanish Language. In 2024 he published the album illustrated bilingual children's book Mi papito no es mi papito/My daddy is not my daddy, and the book of short stories Anguish – Stories of loneliness and death.
