The use of Spanish is growing more every day in the United States.

As part of this phenomenon, a literary boom is taking place in Spanish.
Spanish; and not only in cities with a large and historic presence
of Spanish speakers like Miami, New York or Los Angeles.
Also in states in the center of the country like Ohio, the recent waves
Migrations have generated new cultural landscapes. This anthology
bilingual (the first of its kind) is a living testimony of said
transformation.

Here we compile the poetic work of 16 authors who
write in Spanish in Ohio, with roots in 11 countries and representing
different generations and styles. These words serve as a
invitation to discover the literary work of the state whose
slogan is “the heart of everything”—and it beats with the power of poetry.
