I am Ángeles Casasola and I have the pleasure of presenting my novel “Chaotic introduction to genius”.
As its title suggests, chaos manifests itself as an order that narrates the mysticism and sensitivity of the artistic genius of my protagonist, Ángel Cortés.
In this work, I have created a story that develops over twenty-two chapters, where the life of the artist from Cáceres becomes the central axis of a fictionalized narrative.
My intention is for the reader to immerse themselves in a story that, although fictional, reflects the essence of Cortés’s existence.
“Chaotic Introduction to Genius” is a novel that is fully enjoyable, rich in nuances and with very marked erotic features.
Through its pages, desires become hyperreal, just like Ángel’s drawings, and the moments described build his artistic world.
The epigraph by Paul Cézanne that I chose to open the story resonates deeply with the message I wish to convey:
“It’s not about painting life, it’s about making painting alive.”
With this work, I hope not only to pay tribute to the figure of Ángel Cortés, but also to invite readers to explore the beauty and complexity of art in everyday life.
